About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Kannan Dental Centre. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures
  • Order dental and office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient clinical environment
  • Prepare dental instruments and filling materials to the highest standards
  • Maintain and order supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Perform reception and clerical duties to support our front-of-house team
  • Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to the highest standards
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide personalized advice
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Take and develop X-rays to support diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Record dental procedures performed on patients to maintain accurate records
  • Invoice patients for dental services in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts to support treatment planning

Requirements:

  • Fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the working day
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional patient care
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
