Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Kannan Dental Centre. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
- Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient clinic.
- Prepare dental instruments and filling materials to ensure our dentists have everything they need to provide top-notch care.
- Maintain and order supplies to keep our clinic running smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform reception and clerical duties to provide excellent patient service and support our administrative team.
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients.
- Educate patients concerning oral hygiene to promote good oral health and prevent dental problems.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure our patients receive timely and efficient care.
- Take and develop X-rays to help our dentists diagnose and treat dental issues.
- Record dental procedures performed on patients to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Invoice patients for dental services to ensure timely payment and maintain a positive patient experience.
- Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of dental issues.
As a Dental Assistant at Kannan Dental Centre, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dental or medical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
