Food Service Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Take customers' orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and tidy restaurant.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for cooking.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
