Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, campaign development, and budget management.
  • Supervise Marketing Team: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop Marketing Materials: Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and presentations, to support business growth and brand awareness.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business development or brand management role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
