Director of Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage a domestic team of accounting staff, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Lead the accounting/finance aspects of our foreign manufacturing operations, including managing foreign exchange, working with multiple banks and currencies, and providing oversight of annual audits.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth, including forecasting, analysis, and decision-making.
- Oversee the management and development of Information Technology systems and resources, ensuring they align with business needs.
- Accounting designation and previous experience as a senior financial leader in a manufacturing or distribution company.
- Experience in overseeing overseas operations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
