Job DescriptionThe Fleet Operations Coordinator will provide clerical and administrative support for all aspects of fleet requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining rental contract packages for Valard operations, ensuring timely renewal and return of equipment.
- Generating JD Edwards purchase orders and maintaining the rental equipment purchase order database.
- Communicating with rental suppliers on various issues related to equipment contracts.
- Seeking rental equipment quotations and preparing comparative analyses to assist with supplier selection.
- Assisting with rental damage claims, reviewing vendor reports, and collaborating with project teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in office administration or a related field, preferably with a fleet background.
- A college diploma or equivalent, though not necessarily required.
- No professional designation is necessary.
This position offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
