Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • System Testing: Test installed telephone systems to locate transmission faults and analyze test results to adjust, change or repair switching system, network, associated equipment and software.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by completing and maintaining test and service reports, and determining the nature, cause and location of trouble.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in telecommunications equipment maintenance
