The Inside Sales Associate role at White Cap Canada Inc. involves developing relationships with customers and identifying new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing timely solutions, and up-selling products to existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions
  • Communicate product features and benefits to customers
  • Process purchase orders and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Order products, arrange deliveries, and follow up with customers regarding order status
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing
  • Facilitate the sales process through project management, tracking open sales orders, issue resolution, and overall customer service and support

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
