Job Title: Head Waiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our team at Club de Golf Lotbinière. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Answer customers' questions regarding menu items and preparation methods, providing detailed information and recommendations.
  • Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
