Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify solutions and improvements, driving transformative business excellence.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business requirements and current systems, ensuring accurate implementation of requirements and timely issue resolution.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business goals, participating in design and architecture discussions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to validate that the software meets specified requirements and functions as intended.
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new software features.
  • Analyze user feedback and system performance data to recommend continuous improvements, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for business processes, systems, and software functionality, conducting training sessions and creating user documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within manufacturing, with a strong business acumen in the Manufacturing domain.
  • Fluent in French and English, with solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with project management software tools.
  • Experience in ERP implementation or upgrade projects, with a proven track record of excelling in a consultant role.
