Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
