Job Title: Demand Planner

At CCM Hockey, we are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team in Montreal, QC, Canada. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining the Demand Plan for the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Demand Plan for the North American market, including customer and product forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales and product management to understand account strategy, category focus, and business trends.
  • Work closely with procurement, vendor management, and sales operations to ensure high levels of service to customers while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Establish relationships with key buyers to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
  • Provide tools and information to capture, track, and monitor sales results and trends throughout the demand planning process.
  • Ensure the Forecasting tool (SmartSpreadsheet Solutions) is maintained and updated on a timely basis.
  • Optimize existing demand planning tools and processes to drive efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate figures into business language.
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to manage large quantities of data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and results-driven individual.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Team player with sense of initiative and independence.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is mandatory.
