About the Role:
As a Clinical Applications Student at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, you will play a key role in supporting our Digital Solutions team. You will work closely with our team to assist with scheduling and prioritizing tasks, review completed work for quality, and provide administrative support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support hospital project initiatives and conduct unit/department rounding/at-the-elbow support to provide end-user assistance
- Identify project/resource risks and escalate them to the Manager of Clinical Applications and stakeholders as needed
- Facilitate workflow mapping and design sessions with multi-disciplinary teams
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and produce written abstracts
- Develop training material, coordinate education sessions, and facilitate roadshows to support stakeholders in future state workflows
About You:
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can build consensus by listening and understanding different perspectives. You should have above-average familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and solid organizational skills to execute multiple tasks efficiently.
