Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at 2588729 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our team members in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and systems, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments as required.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload, and possess excellent attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
