- Hire and train new employees.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise as needed.
- Establish work schedules and organize and maintain inventory.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
