Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Learning Solutions Designer to join our Learning and Development team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive learning solutions that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Learning Solution Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective learning content that meets the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • LMS Integration: Work closely with our LMS administrators to ensure seamless integration of new learning content and modules into our existing system.
  • Tech-Supported Learning Solutions: Assist in the creation and deployment of technology-enhanced learning solutions, including e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and gamification initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning materials and services.
  • Content Curation: Identify and curate relevant learning resources, including articles, videos, and podcasts, to support employee development and engagement.
  • Adult Learning Styles: Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create learner-centered experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in a field related to training or instructional design.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a training designer or instructional designer role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite software, Articulate360, and LMS platforms like Workday Learning; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
