Taxation Director

At Cadillac Fairview, we are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Director to lead our tax team and drive our tax strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on tax matters and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the tax team and provide strategic guidance on tax matters
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities
- Provide tax advice to senior management and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions
- University degree in a related field
- CPA designation and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate income tax, including tax planning and tax provision experience
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
