About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to join our Growth and Compliance team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of new features within the Growth and Compliance Product verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shepherd the development and deployment of new features within the Growth and Compliance Product verticals.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize growth, capture legal requirements, and decompose them to technical engineering requirements.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align business goals with growth strategies.
  • Negotiate, prioritize, and manage risks associated with compliance.
  • Lead and influence teams to positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in successful technology program delivery and management.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects across multiple products and stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and risks before they have a material impact to delivery.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet or other project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Past experience working with Direct-To-Consumer streaming applications.
  • Experience in working with or managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Certifications in program management or agile methodologies.
