About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Lead business portfolios and manage development of commercial agreements
  • Provide analysis and review of legal documents, including head of terms, MoUs, and shareholders agreements
  • Manage negotiation strategy development and execution
  • Prepare and present corporate committees and executive briefs
  • Provide administrative direction to Business Development staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Industry expertise and knowledge of specific business transactions and venturing activities
  • Expertise in financial analysis of companies and transaction valuation
  • Experience in dealing with local or industry-specific best practices and regulatory and governmental mandates
