Business Development Director

At BDP International, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and freight volume.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions.
- Meet and exceed designated KPIs regarding client visits and sales performance.
- Minimum 5 years experience in global sales, preferably in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
