Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Forensic Delay Expert to lead our team of experts in domestic and international arbitration and litigation. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, draft expert reports, and attend client meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting detailed delay forensic analysis for final reports
  • Managing the workload and tasks of project teams
  • Coordinating budgets and fee reports
  • Reviewing documents on various project types across multiple industries, including infrastructure, oil & gas, and residential
  • Drafting notes and external communications to support project scope and individual work streams
  • Drafting project and fee proposals for small/medium projects and assisting on large project proposals
  • Mentoring and developing team members
  • Presenting and participating in client meetings
  • Frequent national and international travel required
Requirements
  • Degree level education in construction or Delay Surveying related field
  • RICS or MRICS qualification
  • At least 7-10+ years of industry experience
  • 1+ years' experience in performing detailed delay forensic analysis
  • Experience drafting sections of expert reports
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to manage large datasets
