Job Summary

XON AUTOMATION LTD is seeking a skilled Alarm System Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing electronic equipment and assemblies, diagnosing and locating circuit, component and equipment faults, and adjusting, aligning, replacing or repairing electronic equipment and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning correctly
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults using technical knowledge and diagnostic tools
  • Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies to resolve faults and ensure optimal performance
  • Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports to document work completed and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintenance work
  • Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians to ensure high-quality work and efficient use of resources
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand equipment specifications and installation requirements
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronic equipment maintenance and repair
  • Permanent employment with a regular 40-hour workweek
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
