About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT leader to join our team as Vice President of Digital Transformation. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation.
  • IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT department, ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Business Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with our business stakeholders, understanding their needs and requirements and ensuring that our technology solutions meet their needs.
  • Security and Risk: Oversee the development and implementation of our security and risk management strategies, ensuring that our systems and data are protected from cyber threats.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our technology solutions are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale IT projects.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
