Project Director, Digital Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director, Digital Health to join our team at Spectrum Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large and complex multi-stakeholder projects in the digital health space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement full-scale project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage project risks, issues, and resources
  • Direct daily project activities and coordinate the work of project team members
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Support the leadership team in conducting stakeholder meetings and forums
  • Champion a co-design approach to ensure client and stakeholder voices are heard
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Health Care/Informatics, or Business Administration
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies is an asset
  • Proven ability to lead, plan, implement, and manage projects and initiatives in a healthcare setting
