Project Director, Digital Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Digital Health initiatives in Toronto. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing large and complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders through project reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to conduct stakeholder meetings and forums
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Health Care/Informatics, or Business Administration
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies is an asset
