Finance Director for Accounting and Budgeting

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team in Henryville, Quebec.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Expertise in payroll management and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing the company's end-of-month financial reports (reconciliations and analyses)
• Monitoring bank accounts and loans
• Producing various analysis reports
• Updating weekly financial dashboards
• Ensuring effective cash flow management (accounts receivable and payable)
• Preparing periodic government declarations and remittances
• Knowledge of American sales taxes (a significant asset)

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in the implementation of a new ERP accounting system and contribute to the budget process.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
