About the Role

As a Real Estate Business Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement in the Real Estate and Development Services department. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Conduct business analysis and develop recommendations to improve business processes and systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, and policy development
  • Strong critical thinking, innovation, facilitation, and research skills
  • Ability to find creative approaches to solve complex issues
