Responsibilities:
The Kinesiologist will perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist. They will design, implement, and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning, and/or work hardening programs. Other responsibilities include teaching exercise classes, performing biweekly reassessments, recording findings, and working cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be registered with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario, have a graduate degree in Kinesiology, and preferably 1-5 years of work experience specializing in Occupational Rehabilitation. New licensed graduates may also apply.
