Job Title: Financial Investigator

BMO Financial Group is seeking a skilled Financial Investigator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis.

About the Role:

The Financial Investigator will support BMO's Financial Planners/Market Leaders sales force in Canada by conducting investigations and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of issues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Ensure that investigations are completed within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Apply concepts from resources (policy, guide, FAQ) to close investigations in a timely manner and within SLA
  • Follow up with the field, partners, and teammates to ensure that investigations are completed
  • Quality Assurance (QA) scorecards (FP, Branch, CCC) during the weekends (once every 4 to 5 weeks depending on the number of investigators in the rotation)

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience with SQL
  • 1 year of experience with Basic Financial Acumen
  • 1 year of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • University Degree (Required)
