Cell Therapy Manufacturing Process Development Co-op

BlueRock Therapeutics, a leading engineered cell therapy company, is seeking a highly motivated individual for a minimum four-month co-op assignment in the Process Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will assist scientists and associates in cell therapy manufacturing processes and characterization activities.
Responsibilities:- Assist in cell therapy manufacturing processes and characterization activities, utilizing advanced laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Document and analyze experimental data in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to our company's quality management system.
- Maintain inventory and stock common lab consumables, participating in general lab activities.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university in a relevant field, such as cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or biotechnology.
- Ability to work a 4-month assignment, full-time.
- Must be 18 years of age by the start of the internship/co-op.
- Must have transportation to the site in Toronto, ON, CA.
- This position is intended to be on-site, and candidates will be informed should anything change.
- Experience in aseptic techniques, specifically with mammalian cell culture.
- Knowledge of cell biology, scale-up techniques, analytical and statistical analysis.
- Experience in organizing and mining a large pool of experimental data.
- Experience with statistical analysis software.
