Senior Director, Cell Therapy Device Development

As we strive to revolutionize medicine through cutting-edge cell therapies, we seek a highly skilled leader to spearhead our device development and manufacturing efforts. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of our cell products to patients worldwide.
Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of device development and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research, clinical, regulatory, and quality assurance, to define product and clinical strategies aligned with our mission.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies in product design and manufacturing to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage all aspects of product development projects, including external partners, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established timelines and budgets.
- Establish robust processes for compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Design Controls, cGMP) throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Champion a culture of quality control and regulatory compliance within the team, fostering a commitment to excellence in all aspects of device development.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and training in medical device development best practices.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant engineering discipline with extensive experience in the field of medical product development.
- In-depth knowledge of Design Controls and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations.
- Proven experience in medical device manufacturing processes, including aseptic techniques and IND product delivery.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of quality statistics and operational excellence methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
