**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and performing routine clerical duties.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
- Compile orders and instructions received from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work, utilizing effective time management skills
- Oversee operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution
- Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, considering factors such as cross-border dispatching regulations and highway trucking rules and regulations
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports, maintaining work records, and keeping track of shipments
- Provide customer service, ensuring prompt and professional interactions
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results

- Ability to maintain accurate records and logs
