Pillar and Post is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in the heart of Niagara.
This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills at one of Niagara's top restaurants.
Please note: The successful applicant must be available to work every Sunday and Monday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and meet established up-selling and sales goals.
- Prepare and serve drinks to lounge guests and restaurant servers.
- Pick-up food from the kitchen and serve it to guests.
- Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked.
- Create checks, collect payment, and settle transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Manage cash floats and deposits.
Requirements:
- Extensive wine and beverage knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years of similar experience in the field.
- Smart Serve certificate required.
