We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Smoky Lake Inn. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff and patrons.
- Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Order and maintain inventory of bar stock.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Previous experience as a Bartender is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
