About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Care Representative to join our team at HGS. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the face of our company, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your Impact

As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. You will be working in a collaborative and engaging environment, where you will be trained to be an expert in your field. You will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Field customer inquiries and provide solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Identify customer needs and provide recommendations to meet those needs
  • Use multiple computer systems to research products and services
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in the appropriate tool or system
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Computer savvy and comfortable working with multiple monitors
  • Results-oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions
