Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
