Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process returns, and restock shelves as needed.
  • Store Operations: Participate in visual merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
