Job Description for Executive Support Professional at Super Value Home Services

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Executive Support Professional with Super Value Home Services, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team by effectively managing emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events on behalf of senior staff members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files using manual and computerized systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents using MS Word.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer for the right candidate.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
