Culinary Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Domino's Pizza Peace River. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
  • Prepare and cook meals, taking into account customer dietary requirements and preferences
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
