Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 1742190 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and procure necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Employee Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
- Security and Safety: Bondable
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
