About the Job
- The Game Development Producer will manage multidisciplinary teams and work closely with the Senior Producer to drive assets and features to completion. Key responsibilities include milestone planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of priorities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams throughout all game development phases.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality level.
- Proactive risk management and mitigation.
- Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership team.
- Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency.
- Providing regular capacity plan updates.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Production, Development Manager, Project Management, or Coordination experience.
- Previous experience managing cross-functional teams throughout all game development phases.
- Shipped a minimum of 2 game products, ideally console products.
- Experience shipping AAA quality games on console.
- Production experience with various project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing development projects from concept to release.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams.
