Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience store.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
