Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Alleviate Physiotherapy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the assessment and rehabilitation of patients with various injuries or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the assessment and treatment of patients
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Examine patients and provide basic care
  • Clean and maintain equipment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
