About Nike Retail

Nike Retail is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can grow your career and make a real impact. As a Store Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Nike products and services, including our latest innovations and technologies
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stockroom operations, and cash handling
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Able to effectively communicate and work in a team environment
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
