About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data & AI group at Clio. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to create meaningful data solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data models that optimize query performance and answer business questions.
  • Effectively communicate findings and feedback to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with the Business Intelligence Manager to govern the BI environment and identify opportunities for training and learning resources.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence and/or data modeling.
  • Proficiency in database modeling, SQL, and data warehousing principles.
  • Experience with data visualization and data storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
