OrthoCanada Medical is seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and contribute to our company's continued success.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong accounting background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing financial strategies to support business growth, analyzing key performance indicators, and preparing and monitoring budgets.

They will also oversee all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations, and manage cash flow, including forecasting and liquidity management.

In addition, the Director of Finance will manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, provide training to enhance their skills and knowledge, and act as the primary liaison with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Key qualifications include a university degree in accounting, CPA accreditation, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a similar position.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

They will also have advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and PowerBI being highly desirable.
