Unlock Your Potential as a Product Advisor
At OpenRoad Auto Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of innovation and growth. As a Product Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers find their perfect vehicle match.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized vehicle recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base through prospecting and referral networks.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate vehicles to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment.
- Use effective closing techniques to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of our service operations.
- Set goals for each month's productivity and plan how to reach those objectives.
- Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong computer skills, including internet and MS Office, with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- A Current VSA MDC License and a valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
