Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nomis Food Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
