Job Title: Truck Driver

Punjab Trucking Corp is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance and receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Physical accessibility accommodations for persons with disabilities
