About the Role
Exact Match Recruitment Inc is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Compact, off-highway, RTV, and Turf Equipment portfolio. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities and improve market share.
- Project Leadership: Manage cross-functional projects to launch new products, expand existing product lines, or enhance customer experience.
- Business Planning and Proposal Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business plans, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals that meet company objectives.
- Turf Equipment & RTV Product Lines: Take overall responsibility for the success of these product lines, ensuring they meet sales targets, customer expectations, and company goals.
- New Product Development: Provide input on new product development for the Canadian market, considering customer needs, market trends, and business viability.
- Travel and Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, special events, and dealer education/training sessions to build relationships, showcase products, and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Compact, off-highway, RTV, and Turf Equipment industries or related fields.
- Sales, Marketing, and Product Experience: Strong background in sales, marketing, and product management, preferably in the same or related industries.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to positively influence cross-functional teams and work with minimal supervision.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business economics, including P&L statements, margins, market share analysis, retail financing, incentive programs, and other relevant concepts.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Exact salary will be discussed during the hiring process.
